Collas Crill

About Us

Collas Crill was formed in April 2011 by the merger of two of the Channel Islands' most respected and established names, Collas Day in Guernsey and Crill Canavan in Jersey, creating the Channel Islands' newest and most innovative full service law firm.

The firm has 25 partners and directors and more than 70 lawyers and legal staff delivering a comprehensive range of legal services. Collas Crill provides the highest quality legal knowledge and experience to clients around the world, and particularly in Jersey, Guernsey, the UK, Europe and Asia.

Our clients include leading financial institutions, high net worth individuals, international businesses and funds, located both in the Channel Islands and globally.  We are also leading lawyers to the local community, servicing the needs of individuals and families in Jersey and Guernsey.

We are the first and only Channel Islands law firm to have opened an office in Singapore. Collas Crill opened in Singapore on 1 August 2011, its first new office outside the Channel Islands, in response to demand from institutional and private clients in Asia for Channel Islands legal services, particularly in corporate, funds and trusts.

Collas Crill Group also includes a Guernsey trust administration and corporate management firm, Collas Crill Trust, and a unique intellectual property management company, Collas Crill IP Management Limited.

Collas Crill's wholly owned subsidiary, Collas Crill Trust provides trustee, fiduciary and corporate administration services to institutional clients and high net worth individuals. Collas Crill Trust undertakes the formation and administration of trusts, companies and limited partnerships.

Collas Crill IP Management Limited provides local and international IP registration services together with management and protection of existing portfolios and IP assets. Collas Crill IP Management Limited offers a one stop service, enabling the registration of IP throughout the world, accompanied by the appropriate legal advice and corporate structuring.
