Acted for a subsidiary of C.Le Masurier Limited in the freehold property sale of the Odeon Site, Bath Street, St Helier, to Freedom Church Group Limited on 27 January 2012. The vendors of this property are longstanding clients of Collas Crill . This £1,000,000 transaction attracted a great deal of local media and resident interest.

Acted for the developer of 6 luxury apartments at The Anchorage, Gorey, valued at a total of around £7m.

Acting for and provided commercial advice in the sale and purchase of a substantial commercial property worth in excess of £15m ultimately owned by a world renowned Jersey high net worth resident.

Acted in the acquisition by a trust of a substantial property in Grenville Street, St Helier, for £6.3m.

Acted on behalf of HSBC Bank Plc in relation to a £7.2 million loan facility to Seaton Place Property Limited in relation to its acquisition of 17 - 21 Seaton Place, St Helier.

Advised on a complex legal structure for a mixed commercial/residential development of 42 apartments plus office, retail and commercial letting space at Harbour Reach, the first of its kind at St Helier's Waterfront

Acted for the accountancy firm in the release from its current premises, together with a pre-let agreement, temporary licence and lease of new office premises.

Act for this well established property holding company. Its flagship deal in 2010 was the lease of its premises at 1 Seale Street, St Helier to the new Jersey Institute of Law.

Assisted in the financing, structuring and sale of a 12 unit development of houses, apartments and a penthouse by one of the largest building firms in Jersey, Charles Le Quesne 1956 Limited.

Acted for the developer of luxury art deco style apartments in St Brelade's Bay. This is a complex case because an inter-company loan affected the land as security. In addition to creating a share transfer structure to co-ordinate the deal, we assisted in structuring sales to save on land transaction tax, which has recently come into force.

Acted for a BVI company in relation to its purchase of shares in 2 Hill Street Limited. The consideration was £6.5 million and represents one of the major commercial property investment deals in Jersey in the past year.  The acquisition involved extensive company, property and construction due diligence. We also assisted with the subsequent £4.275 million equity release by 2 Hill Street Holdings Limited from Investec.

Acted for the first purchasers of luxury apartments at Ste Cecilia, St Aubin, a development valued at around £7.5m.
