Jason Green
Partner
Jason Green is a Partner and Head of
the Property team in Guernsey.
His expertise lies in the areas of
property, family wealth and inheritance. Jason has extensive
experience of all types of Guernsey property transactions, covering
both residential and commercial, and is considered an expert in
Guernsey inheritance law. He also regularly advises on Alderney and
Sark property matters. He acts for many high net worth
individuals on property and wealth matters including some who have
recently moved to Guernsey. Jason regularly advises banks and
corporates on their security and property requirements
respectively.
Chambers Europe 2011 states that
clients and peers alike find him 'very friendly and easy to deal
with as well as constructive and proactive.' Legal
500 previously commented that Jason was 'highly
responsive' with 'excellent attention to detail' and is a leading
individual for Property
After studying law in the UK, Jason
became a member of both the English Bar and Guernsey Bar in 1996.
He has been a partner of Collas Crill since 2002 and became
Head of Department in 2008. He sits on the subcommittee of the
Guernsey Bar Council advising on Conveyancing reforms in
GuernseyJason is a notary public and is a member of
Autism Guernsey .
