Danny Le Maistre

Danny is a Partner who undertakes a
wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters. He
specialises in trust litigation (acting for trustees, settlors,
protectors, beneficiaries and as court appointed guardian for minor
and unborn beneficiaries), contentious fund matters (acting for
funds, directors and investors/shareholders) and fraud-related
claims. He also has experience of dealing with insolvency related
matters, both in a contentious and non-contentious context.
Danny was called to the English Bar in
October 2001 and was sworn in as a Jersey Advocate in July 2004. He
was admitted as a Cayman Islands Attorney-at-Law in January 2008
and has worked in that jurisdiction undertaking insolvency and
general commercial litigation work.
