Sarah is an Advocate and Senior Associate within the family law practice of our Private Client and Trusts team. She joined Collas Crill in October 2021.
Sarah is an experienced family law practitioner whose work encompasses all aspects of family separation. She has a particular interest in matters involving children, having worked for a number of years in child protection matters in the public sector.
Sarah also conducts general civil litigation matters, ranging from employment to property disputes, and is experienced in running litigation from its inception to final hearing.
With her previous experience in the public sector, and at another well-regarded local law firm, Sarah's clients benefit from her broad court-based experience.
Sarah was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2014 and as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2018. She is regularly instructed to appear in the Magistrate's Court and Royal Court of Guernsey, and has appeared before the Court of Alderney.
