Sharon advises private clients on a wide range of property and
business issues.
She has particular expertise in share transfer and flying
freehold transactions, lodging house and business acquisitions and
sales, mortgage refinancing and equity release matters, and the
securitisation of private loan facilities. She also deals with
licensing applications.
Sharon has more than 20 years' experience and also holds a STEP
Certificate in Offshore Administration.
