How we do it

‘Collas Crill make lives easier by being easy to work with. The partners are knowledgeable, engaging and always willing to take a call to explain something in practical terms and provide support. A professional outfit who are a pleasure to work with.’ Legal 500, 2024

Collas Crill may not be the biggest offshore law firm but our aim is to be the best. Best for our clients, best for our people and best for the communities in which we operate.

We are known for being easy to do business with and our partners take a hands-on approach to ensure that we deliver a consistently exceptional client experience in every matter. We build trusted relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their needs so that we can provide tailored advice that hits the mark. Our lawyers always seek to give clients a full range of options to make the right decisions, and will give a practical view on how to proceed to achieve the best outcome.

Our global teams work across time zones to offer first-class expertise around the world which not only benefits clients but also offers our team a dynamic, diverse environment in which to develop their skills.

We are committed to making a difference to the local communities we call home and our annual CSR programme is reflective of this. We proactively support the wellbeing of our people, offering wellbeing initiatives throughout the year and paid leave for community involvement, as we recognise that achieving a good balance benefits everyone: our clients, colleagues and the wider community.

Our values

We are easy to do business with

Our professional expertise and legal skill is a given. What sets us apart is the way we do business and the care we put into building relationships. We are a people business and work proactively to provide clients with practical, commercial advice and a responsive, no-fuss service.

We never stand still

We have consistently challenged the status quo to find simpler, faster and smarter ways to help our clients achieve their goals. If something needs a different approach, we won't be constrained by convention or tradition to seek the right outcome.

Everyone has a voice

As a firm, we connect, listen and collaborate to get the job done. We recognise the skills, expertise and experience our team members bring to the firm. Combining our individual strengths enables us to live up to the expectations of our clients.

We are bold

We judge our success through client feedback and outcomes. It's important to us that they know we're on their team. We aren't afraid to think and act differently to get better results. And we won't sit on the fence because we know they expect more than that.

We love what we do

Being passionate about what we do is central to our approach. We enjoy building relationships, relish a challenge and take delight in our clients' achievements. Because we love what we do, we believe our clients will love working with us, too.
