On closing of the transaction, Simon Heggs commented: "It is always a pleasure to work with the Intertrust group. They have a huge presence in Guernsey and internationally, and we feel privileged to have the opportunity to assist them with the exciting growth of their business.

We must also say a huge thanks to the brilliant team at Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett, who, as ever, provided seamless management of the whole transaction."
