Collas Crill Senior Associate Stephen Nelson has been promoted to Partner.
Stephen, who has been with the firm since 2007, is based in Cayman but is currently on a five month secondment in Singapore, ending in May. He works within the Investment Funds and Corporate & Commercial departments with a particular focus on investment funds and corporate finance. His clients include funds, investment managers, fund administrators, banks, family offices, financial houses and early stage companies.
Stephen regularly advises investment managers on fund formation, registration with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and listing on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. He also has extensive experience in the financing of early stage technology companies.

The promotion takes the overall number of Collas Crill partners across five jurisdictions to 31.
