Collas Crill's Guernsey Property team has assisted in the acquisition of a site in Victoria Avenue, which will be the new home for the Guernsey Football Association (GFA).
The new £10m development will include a floodlit 3G pitch with 400 seats and covered terracing behind each goal, together with a grass pitch for training, clubhouse and changing room block.
Paul Nettleship, Partner and Head of Property in Guernsey, who acted on the transaction alongside Associate Harry Round, said:
'We were delighted to have been able to assist with the acquisition of this site. This development marks significant investment for the sporting community and the island as a whole. It will be fantastic to see the finished product.'
As well as being the GFA Headquarters, the facility will also be made available for other users, including local community groups. It is intended to be completed in 2025.
