Collas Crill announces round of promotions in the Channel Islands

Collas Crill has made a number of promotions across its Channel Islands offices.

In Jersey, Karen Stachura has been promoted to Of Counsel, Anna Carter has been promoted to Conveyancing Manager and Barney Orr to Senior Conveyancer. 

In Guernsey, Kate Miller has been promoted to Senior Conveyancer and Harry Gent to Conveyancer. Within Business Services, Rachel Parrott has been promoted to Marketing and Communications Manager. 

Karen joined Collas Crill in 2022 and is a member of the Insolvency and Corporate Disputes team in Jersey. She specialises in high value, cross-border insolvency and commercial litigation. She routinely advises on issues concerning insolvency, shareholder disputes, and directors' duties. Her expertise includes asset recovery and enforcement; corporate and partnership disputes; and insolvency applications.

Anna has 18 years' experience within Jersey conveyancing and joined Collas Crill in 2019. She deals predominantly with residential property and finance transactions, and has previously worked within property finance as well as an estate manager for one of the Jersey's largest private landlords.

Barney joined the firm's conveyancing team in 2019, having spent more than five years working for a mining company based in Jersey.

Kate and Harry both work in the firm's Real Estate team in Guernsey. Kate has extensive experience in dealing with a broad range of residential property matters, in particular title and boundary investigations, as well as in conveying for large company developments and private clients alike. Harry joined the team as a trainee in 2022.

Rachel has more than 20 years' experience in marketing and communications within Guernsey's financial services industry. She joined Collas Crill in 2021.
