Collas Crill appoints senior trust lawyer

Collas Crill in Jersey has welcomed experienced trust lawyer Nick Marshall as a senior associate in its fiduciary team.

Nick, an English solicitor with significant experience in advising on private wealth structures and other fiduciary matters, specialises in all aspects of Jersey trusts and foundations law.

He regularly advises on the establishment of, and ongoing work involved in, trusts and foundations used for managing private wealth.

As well as being a senior private client lawyer, Nick has significant expertise in a wide variety of UK and Jersey corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining the fiduciary team, Nick was part of Collas Crill's knowledge management team as a professional support lawyer, providing advice and resources across all departments. Other previous roles have included in-house counsel for several Jersey fiduciary services businesses, advising on trust, company and commercial matters.
