Cayman Local Managing Partner and Insolvency and Corporate Disputes global practice head Stephen Leontsinis co-authored the Cayman Islands: Trends & Developments chapter, alongside Counsel Annalisa Shibli and Senior Associate Kirsten Bailey.

Within the chapter, Stephen, Annalisa and Kirsten shed light on the Cayman Islands' existing procedural framework for the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and highlight the challenges that might be faced by an applicant in enforcement proceedings.
