The legal partnership of Guernsey advocates known as Collas Crill is now a limited liability partnership registered in Guernsey.
Collas Crill LLP converted from a general partnership trading under the name Collas Crill on 1 September 2016. The limited liability partnership will be known as Collas Crill LLP. Its registered address is Glategny Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4EW (Registration Number 62) and a list of members is available at the registered address.
Any proceedings by or against the Guernsey legal partnership trading as Collas Crill which are pending immediately before the date of incorporation of Collas Crill LLP may be continued, completed and enforced by or against Collas Crill LLP. Equally, any conviction, ruling, order or judgment in favour of Collas Crill may be enforced by or against Collas Crill LLP.
All agreements and contracts etc. subsisting immediately before the date of incorporation of Collas Crill LLP, to which the Guernsey legal partnership trading as Collas Crill is a party, or otherwise relating to the Guernsey legal partnership trading as Collas Crill, whether or not of such nature that the rights and liabilities thereunder could be assigned, shall continue to be in force on 1 September 2016 as if they relate to Collas Crill LLP. These shall be enforceable by Collas Crill LLP, as if Collas Crill LLP was a party to such arrangement or otherwise named within such arrangement instead of the Guernsey legal partnership trading as Collas Crill.
