Collas Crill partner Michael Adkins will be speaking at the annual INSOL International seminar in Jersey this week.
INSOL International is a world-wide federation of national associations for accountants and lawyers who specialise in turnaround and insolvency and will be attracting professionals from across the Channel Islands. The day long seminar takes place on Thursday 9 June at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
Michael is part of the panel discussing ‘The Role of the Regulator’ section that will consider the role and performance of the financial services regulator in combating fraud and other misconduct in the financial services industry in the Channel Islands. Mr Adkins will be able to bring a unique perspective to the discussion having formerly been a regulator before coming to represent business and individuals in their dealings with regulators.
