Collas Crill has made three promotions in its Channel Islands offices.
In Guernsey, Nin Ritchie has been promoted to Of Counsel in Collas Crill's dispute resolution team, having been instrumental in developing the firm's risk and regulatory practice in Guernsey over the last decade. Guernsey Managing Partner Christian Hay, who heads up the dispute resolution team, said: 'Nin has worked incredibly hard to build our risk and regulatory offering into the market-leading practice it is today. Aside from her proven technical ability and leadership skills, Nin's keenness to get involved in and lead key business development initiatives and CSR events marks her out as fully deserving of a more senior role in the firm.'
In Jersey, Barney Orr has been promoted to Conveyancer in the firm's property team, following a couple of years as a trainee in the department. Partner Martin Le Boutillier said: 'Barney expertly handles a variety of matters including residential sales, purchases and re-finances in what has been a very busy period for the property team and I am delighted to see him progressing in his career.'
Sarah Pezet has been promoted to Reception Manager in Guernsey, having joined the team in 2008. Operations Manager Dawn Bale commented: 'Sarah is well established in the position of front of house. Her warm welcome to clients and 'can do' attitude within the team has seen her rise and take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations in the Guernsey office. I wish her every success in her new role.'
