Collas Crill advised on the merger of the fund portfolio of London Central Portfolio Property Holdings with two Jersey sister funds listed on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange (CISE).
The deal, worth £30,000,000, involved a connected transaction for the purposes of the CISE and required Collas Crill to obtain consent from each of the three funds' shareholders while also applying to list the ongoing funds on the CISE.
Additionally Collas Crill advised on the entry into a Murabaha Islamic financing facility and the applicable Guernsey and Jersey security issues.
The transaction was led by group partners Wayne Atkinson and Mark Rawlins, based in Guernsey and Jersey respectively.
