Collas Crill has been shortlisted in the categories of Private Client Legal Team of the Year (midsize firm) and Contentious Trusts and Estates Team of the Year (midsize firm) in the STEP Private Client Awards 2024.
The STEP Private Client Awards are seen as the hallmark of quality within the private client industry. Open globally to both STEP members and non-members, these prestigious awards recognise and celebrate excellence among private client solicitors, lawyers, accountants, barristers, bankers, trust managers and financial advisors.
In its entry Collas Crill had to provide details of its most notable cases, explaining the significance and key legal issues involved, as well as highlight the team's range of skills, how they secure new client relationships in this specialist field and how the firm differentiates itself from competitors.
The firm's global Private Client and Trusts team is made up of 29 private client and trusts lawyers – 13 of whom are partners – working seamlessly across time zones from offices in Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey.

All STEP award entries undergo a rigorous judging process and judges are supported by an independent panel of experts comprising of internationally renowned practitioners in the wealth management arena. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 19 September 2024 at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
