The property team are settling into our new 'home' office

The Jersey Property Team at Collas Crill are all settling into our new 'home' office environment and we can be reached in the usual way by email, mobile or our direct dials. We are continuing to work on all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions and our team has the ability to conduct research and even site visits; albeit on strict terms, to avoid any contact with other individuals.

The Royal Court in Jersey remains open for business as usual with the next sitting at the slightly amended time of 12:30pm on Friday 17 April 2020. It is now mandatory for individuals to appoint their legal representative as their attorney to attend Court in Jersey on their behalf, as a result of the current social distancing requirements. Due to the public holiday on Friday 8 May 2020, please note that Court in Jersey will sit, rather unusually, on Thursday 7 May 2020, the time for which has yet to be announced.

Please contact one of our team if you have any queries or would like an update on our understanding of the current position with local lending banks and surveyors.
