Collas Crill Cayman has made two new appointments to its Property team.
Gina Berry joins the Cayman office in early July as Partner, taking overall responsibility for managing the firm's Property practice area.
With more than 25 years' legal experience, Gina joins the firm from Higgs & Johnson where she ran the commercial property department, practising conveyancing and real property law, probate and estate administration, and planning and development law.
Gina was recognised by Chambers Global in the area of Real Estate and as a leading individual in this space by Legal 500 last year.
Cayman Partner Stephen Leontsinis says: 'I am absolutely delighted to welcome Gina to the firm.
'Gina has an impressive track record both in property law and in leadership. This experience will allow us to develop our offer to clients at a time when demand continues to grow.
'Alongside Gina, we are also very pleased to welcome Delia Bunce, who joins the Property team as a Senior Legal Secretary/Property Specialist. Delia's recruitment further reflects the growth of this practice area, and I have no doubt that she will provide great additional support to the team.'
Collas Crill's full service property team in Cayman is recognised by clients for its responsive, friendly and commercially aware approach. At every level the team is proactive, going above and beyond expectations to provide clients with the best possible service.
