The financial services industry is inherently susceptible to being abused by criminals involved in financial crime. Recent cases have clearly shown the importance of financial services businesses managing the risk of being involved in money laundering and other illicit financial flows. The Forum will explore the key risks facing financial services businesses in Guernsey and will propose risk management solutions to help those working within these businesses manage the risks.
Sandra will talk on developing an effective GRC framework to support the international fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
