Two lawyers from Collas Crill will be tackling the subject of directors' duties at the next Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) seminar.
Partner Michael Adkins and of counsel David O'Hanlon from the firm's dispute resolution department will be leading the discussion on some of the most significant recent cases on directors' duties and how they affect directors on a day to day basis, in particular the position of non-executive directors.
Taking place on Thursday 18 May from 12.15-1:30pm at Moores Hotel, Michael said: "Directors of companies in Guernsey face an ever-changing and challenging legal and regulatory environment. Never has it been more important for a director to be well informed and conscientious.
"This seminar will be useful to those at all levels in particular directors and non-executive directors and those associated with companies and directors duties."
This seminar is accredited by ICSA for one hour of formal CPD and certificates are available upon request when booking. You can book your place here.
