A team of staff from our Guernsey, Jersey and Cayman corporate, dispute resolution and private client teams are traveling to New York 6-8 November for several client events and meetings.
Serle Court International Trusts and Commercial Litigation Conference - 6 November
Christian Hay, Damian James, David O'Hanlon, Andrew Peedom and Sally Peedom will all be attending the fully-registered event - with Andrew speaking on the panel discussing fiduciary loyalty and conflicts.
Now in its sixth year the conference will take place at the Rainbow Room, Rockefeller Center, 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
Once again the event has a programme covering key challenges and trends with a focus on topics including arbitration, shareholder disputes, cross-border recovery and blessing applications, as well as how litigators and trustees deal with real estate, crypto and art as asset classes.
