Guernsey Partner Ben Havard will be speaking at the Informa Connect and ConTrA Trusts in Litigation conference in Seville on 1 April.
Ben will be on the panel of a workshop entitled 'civil procedure: access to open justice, do different courts treat you differently?' Along with fellow panelists, Giles Hall from Penningtons Manches Cooper and Laura Phillips of Kingsley Napley, he will be discussing diverging approaches of the family courts and the Chancery Division, open justice versus confidentiality and offshore versus onshore approaches.
Also in attendance at the conference from across the Collas Crill offices are Damian James, Sam Williams and Fritha Ford from Jersey, Thomas Cutts-Watson from Guernsey and Andrew Peedom from Cayman.
The 2022 Trusts in Litigation conference brings advisors from different industry areas together to debate the areas in which they cross with trust practitioners.
The event takes place from 30 March to 1 April at the Hotel Alfonso XIII in Seville. Click here for more information about the conference.
