Partner and head of Dispute Resolution in Guernsey, Christian Hay, will be speaking at the International Cross Border Estate Planning for Divorce Conference in London on 27 January.
During the session, 'What About Firewall Legislation: Do Firewalls Actually Act as a Fire Break?', he will discuss some recent cases and share insight into his work in the area.
