Collas Crill senior associate Ben Havard will be speaking at the Knect365 and ConTrA conference: Trusts in Litigation in Reykjavík on 1-2 February 2018.
Ben is a Guernsey Advocate and senior associate in Collas Crill's dispute resolution team. He specialises in financial services litigation, and particularly contentious and semi-contentious trust and contentious regulatory work.
ConTrA (the network for Contentious Trusts Associates and junior counsel) has teamed up with Knect365 to deliver a new, fresh look at the world of trusts in litigation. The conference will cover trust litigation as well as taking a wider view of where trusts interact with other areas, bringing together experts in trust litigation, civil fraud, insolvency, real estate and family law. Focusing on the next generation of partners and future QCs.
Ben will be joined by Tamasin Perkins, partner at Charles Russell Speechlys, and Thomas Fletcher, Barrister at Maitland Chambers, to give a trust update and round up of 2017. The session will take place on Thursday 1st February at 10:25.
