Dispute resolution partner Christian Hay will be speaking at the Legal Week Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2018.
Taking place from the 4-6 March in Évian-les-Bains, France, Christian will be joining senior industry figures at the event including former president of the Supreme Court Lord Neuberger and Dakis Hagen QC from Serle Court.
The event will focus on emerging concepts, the future of the industry and recent case studies.
Christian will be speaking in an interactive panel session on the Tuesday titled 'my jurisdiction is better than yours' where he will be representing the Channel Islands on a panel of professionals seeking to persuade the audience that their jurisdiction is best.
