Senior Associate Annalisa Shibli is on the panel and speaking at the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC)'s 'Be Informed' series on the the topic of 'lessons from Luckin'.
Annalisa joins fellow panelists Anya Allen of Harneys, Jan Golaszewski of Carey Olsen and Kim Dennison of Alvarez & Marsal to discuss the circumstances of the recent Luckin Coffee provisional liquidation, identifying which aspects of the process caused difficulties and raised practical points that needed to be resolved along the way.
