Topics for discussion include:
- The wide application of SPCs and how they are being put to the test
- The opportunities created and limitations of the recent novel decision in Holt Funds SPC
- Options for dealing with insolvent Segregated Portfolios and the practical issues arising
- What the future holds for SPCs
