Collas Crill partner, Stephen Leontsinis will be speaking at this years Serle Court International Trusts and Commercial Litigation Conference.
For the third year, Serle Court will be hosting this conference in New York. The event will take place on Monday 19th November 2018 at the InterContinental New York Barclay hotel and will run from 8:45am to 4:50pm.
Stephen Leontsinis, who heads Collas Crill's dispute resolution department in Cayman will be speaking on a panel session at 12.15pm entitled: Injunctions and interim remedies: Have common law courts become too claimant friendly? The panel will discuss recent developments around the common law world and discuss whether the balance has moved too far in favour of claimants.
