Jonathan will be presenting on the subject of financial distress and what considerations directors must take around solvency and insolvency. His webinar will discuss:
- What duties do directors own to the creditors of a company?
- When does the "creditor duty" arise?
- What is "misfeasant", "wrongful" and "fraudulent" trading?
- How does the court assess the conduct of directors?
- What can directors do to mitigate the risks?
Tailored to financial services directors, the SIFS 2024 Directors Series covers an array of pertinent topics and is suitable for all directors, non-executive directors and board members.
