Collas Crill partner Christian Hay will speak at the STEP Guernsey Branch annual conference about high value disputes between trustees and beneficiaries.
The annual event for local professionals in trust and estate administration is always well attended in Guernsey. Christian's session at the event is titled: ‘Trust Law: A review of the year’s most significant cases & decisions.’
Collas Crill partner Christian Hay said: “The STEP Guernsey branch annual conference is an important date in the local trust industry calendar, giving an opportunity for local professionals to gain important knowledge and technical updates. I will be giving a round-up of the most prominent decisions and cases to come out of the Channel Islands Courts over the last twelve months and any subsequent impacts these have had on the industry.”
The event takes place on 23 June at Beau Sejour from 8:45am – 4:45pm. Christian will be speaking at 3:45pm.
