The event will review and roundup of recent cases in the field of contentious probate and trusts. The speakers will look at topical cases from last 12 months in the Caribbean, Channel Islands and the United Kingdom.
Michael specialises in regulatory, insolvency and trust disputes and advises clients on all aspects of their relationships with regulators, clients and competitors.
Ben regularly advises both trustees and beneficiaries on contentious and restructuring issues, and appears in the Royal Court in Guernsey on those matters.
