Partners Ben Havard and Kellyann Ozouf are both speaking at STEP's Contentious Trusts and Estates special interest spotlight session on 9 December.
Entitled 'trusts and access to justice in light of family and operational diversity', the event covers how justice is accessed, the diversity of modern families and concludes with a case law update on the same theme of change and inclusion.
