Group Partner Nin Ritchie will be speaking at the third annual ThoughtLeaders4 Private Client Guernsey conference.
Nin is well known for her work in regulatory compliance and enforcement, financial crime, risk and governance. She has a strong sanctions practice that extends across transactional, advisory and contentious matters and is an expert in this legally complex and important developing area of practice.
At the conference Nin will be providing a regulatory update and covering what should be keeping private client and trust professionals up at night in terms of sanctions, privacy, transparency, public registers of ownership, as well as discussing whether the Channel Islands are over regulated.
