Charles Freeman FCG/FCIS, TEP, MCSI

Charles  is a Chartered Secretary by profession with more than 30 years' experience in the fiduciary and investment fund sectors. He has specialised in risk and compliance matters, both at senior management levels and as an independent consultant.

Charles is a past Chair and ongoing committee member of the Guernsey Association of Compliance Officers. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly, ICSA), a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.

He joined Collas Crill in January 2023.
