Elisabeth Whittaker 

Elisabeth works in the Knowledge Management team. Her role is to support the trust and private client team by maintaining and developing internal know-how, precedents and other resources.

Having qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2004, Elisabeth brings a wealth of experience to the table. She has worked both in private practice and within in-house settings in leading law firms in London and within local businesses in Jersey.

As a former in-house counsel, Elisabeth has practical hands-on experience advising trust company businesses with the administration of multiple structures under management. Enjoying the more technical and challenging aspects, she honed her skills by focusing her specialism on private client and trust work.

Elisabeth is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
