Felicity Wai 

Felicity is a Professional Support Lawyer in the Knowledge Management Team.

She is an experienced lawyer, specialising in corporate, funds and banking, having previously worked as an associate in another offshore law firm. As a fee earner she assisted a number of large private equity funds in Guernsey, from their formation to closing. She also worked on several asset and share purchases and regularly assisted on banking matters, securing assets from company shares to aircraft.

Felicity has a BA in Modern History from the University of Oxford, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City Law School. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and subsequently worked for the Guernsey branch of another offshore law firm.
