Janeen has a broad practice advising clients on various corporate and commercial matters as well as the establishment and structuring of investment funds including hedge and private equity funds.
She joined Collas Crill in October 2021.
Experience
Janeen has more than 15 years' experience in the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands. She is also a qualified attorney at law, licensed to practice in both the Cayman Islands and New York State.
Prior to joining Collas Crill, Janeen was a Vice President at the Maples Group where she was an independent director on a diverse portfolio of alternative investment funds including hedge funds, fund of funds, segregated portfolio companies, unit trusts and private equity vehicles.
Previously, Janeen advised on the relocation of an ultra-high-net-worth family office to Cayman advising on all regulatory and estate planning aspects.
Janeen is fluent in Arabic.
