Joshua is a Professional Support Lawyer in the Knowledge Management Team.
He is an experienced lawyer in Guernsey, having worked in private practice at other law firms both in corporate and litigation teams, as well as in-house at Specsavers and a local fiduciary company. He has advised clients on a wide range of matters, including investment funds, banking and finance, company migrations, mergers and acquisitions, asset management, regulatory issues and major commercial disputes.
Joshua has an MA in History from the University of Cambridge and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Bournemouth University. He was admitted to the bar of England and Wales in 2016 and to the Guernsey Bar in 2023.
