  • I have nothing but high praise for our conveyancing contact Kate Miller. She went above and beyond explaining things that we had trouble understanding and was incredibly patient with us during the prolonged sale of our property.

  • Pleasure having Kate on board and making the whole process go so smoothly and took a weight off our minds at a difficult time.
    Client feedback
  • Kate was excellent throughout the process. Knowledgeable, professional and responsive with queries and kept us up to date at every point.
    Client feedback
  • I asked Kate for her help with my conveyance as I had a very pleasant experience with her back in 2020 when I brought my first property. The time round again Kate has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Kate is professional, kind and helpful.
    Client feedback

Kate Miller joined the Real Estate team in May 2019 dealing in a broad range of residential property matters, in particular title and boundary investigations. Kate has fast become a key member of the team and has experience in conveying for large company developments and private clients alike.

"Communication between all parties is key in order for transactions to run smoothly. I am friendly, approachable and organised, with a high level of attention to detail. I look forward to building a strong working relationship with clients."
