Nick Patterson 

As Director of Finance, Nick is responsible for leading the Finance function and supporting the successful delivery of the firm's financial and strategic objectives.

Nick has strong experience in the legal and professional services sector and has led several key projects for previous firms, including successful practice management system implementations and making significant improvements to working capital management and cash flow. Nick has also played a key part in the launch of a new multi-jurisdictional corporate services business and completing a merger with another law firm.

Before joining Collas Crill, Nick was Finance Director at Ogier and has also worked as a Consultant for smaller firms in Jersey. Nick joined Collas Crill in September 2024.

Nick is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
