Tom is an Associate in the Private Client and Trusts team in Jersey.
Tom worked for more than four years in the Jersey Law Officers’ Department, including as Legal Assistant to HM Attorney General. He has worked on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Tom read law at the University of London graduating with first class honours. He was awarded a certificate of excellence for his exceptional performance in the property law module.
Tom was also awarded the Jersey Law Society prize for obtaining the best mark in the Jersey Legal Systems and Constitutional Law paper of the Jersey Law Course.
Prior to starting his legal career, Tom was Private Secretary to the Minister for Home Affairs in Jersey and a Senior Specialist for two Select Committees at the House of Commons in the UK. He has degrees from the University of Oxford and University College London.
Tom was admitted as a Jersey Solicitor in December 2024.
